My goal at restaurants is usually to find the most unusual dish on a menu and go for that.
So I tried the watermelon and prosciutto pizza from Paesanos.
Chefs are usually not going to put something strange on the menu if they aren't totally sure of the dish. I wouldn't necessarily get this again, but the flavor combination was exciting.
Angela really goes for it with her frozen yogurt. I admire that.
