Despite the eggs not being runny enough, it was a wonderful bite to start a day. I have never been big on breakfast and today I realized why- breakfast is usually super bland (the same reason why I'm not big on Thanksgiving).  It turns out all I needed was to eat  a Mexican breakfast.
